How do I apply a store credit?

If you have received an email notifying you that a store credit has been issued, please contact us on 1300 655 943 when you would like to use the store credit on a new order. All store credits need to be manually applied by our staff member and cannot be used in the online shop. Please have your returns authorisation (RA) or invoice number ready. 

If the total of your order is more than your store credit, the difference will need to be paid by credit card or by bank deposit. Please tell the customer service representative which you would prefer when you're on the phone with them.

Any store credit left will remain on your account until your next order. There is no expiry date for store credits.
