My cartridges / part doesn't fit.

If you have cartridges that do not fit, please check the following:

1. You're installing the correct cartridge / part for your printer. 
  • Check the part numbers is correct. 
  • Find the printer model number on the manufacturer's website and check the part number listed on the website with the new one.

2. You've removed the protective coverings. 
To protect the cartridges from leaking during transit, there is usually a protective covering the toner roller or ink hole. Please ensure all protective covering have been removed before installing. 






3.  Adjust the angle
Some cartridges need to be inserted at an angle before locking into place. 

4. Check for additional spacing within the cartridge cradle to accommodate a larger size cartridge.
Many printers will take different size cartridges ( Standard, High Yield and Extra High Yield) to cater to regular and heavy users. Most of these high and extra high yield cartridges are physically the same size as the standard however, for some printers they are also larger in size. The printer will have additional space so the large cartridges can fit.
