My cartridges / drum / part doesn't fit.

If you have cartridges that do not fit, please check the following:

1. You're installing the correct cartridge / part for your printer.
  • Check that you've selected the right one for your machine. You can do this by looking up the printer model number on the Ink Station website or on the manufacturer's website.
  • Check that you have received the correct one from our warehouse. You can do this by checking your invoice and then checking the cartridge code.

2. You've removed the protective coverings.
To protect the cartridges from leaking during transit, there is usually a protective covering the toner roller or ink hole. Please make sure you have removed the coverings.

3.  Adjust the angle
Some cartridges need to be inserted at an angle before locking into place.

4. Check for additional spacing within the cartridge cradle to accommodate a larger size cartridge.
Many printers will take different size cartridges ( Standard, High Yield and Extra High Yield) to cater to regular and heavy users. Most of these high and extra high yield cartridges are physically the same size as the standard however, for some printers they are also larger in size. The printer will have additional space so the large cartridges can fit.
