Why is my order taking so long to deliver?
There are many reasons why your parcel may take longer than the provided delivery guidelines on our website. As the delivery time frame is only a guideline we do not offer a guarantee service.
Sometimes there are unforeseen circumstances where your delivery may be delayed. For example:
- Driver has run out of time
- Public holidays
- Incomplete address / incomplete details
- Courier unable to find address
- Your area may only be serviced 1 or 2 days of the week. This is very common for rural / hard to reach areas.
- Unforeseen weather circumstance’s
If you are in the metro area and it has been longer than 4 working days or you are in a rural area and it has been more than 7 working days, we recommend contacting the delivery company directly so you can find out if there are any issues and arrange re-delivery at the same time.
Delivery companies can take up to 48 hours to respond to any inquiries.
