Why is my order taking so long to deliver?
All delivery timeframes are a general guideline and we do not offer a guaranteed service by a certain amount of days. There are many reasons why your parcel may take longer than the provided delivery guideline.
For example:
- Driver has run out of time
- Public holidays
- Surge in parcel due to sale events (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday etc.)
- Incomplete address / incomplete details
- Courier is unable to find your address
- Your area may only be serviced 1 or 2 days of the week. This is very common for rural / hard to reach areas.
- Unforeseen weather circumstances.
- Parcel had to be transferred to a local service.
- The item is large or bulky which may require special arrangements (e.g. forklifts for heavy items).
If you require more information on the whereabouts of your parcel, then please contact the delivery company directly with the tracking information provided after dispatch.
