Why did I only receive part of my order?
We try to dispatch all your items in one parcel. However at times, we are unable to do so due to a number of reasons. This includes but not limited to:
- Stock availability in our warehouses
- Shipping carrier's packaging and weight restrictions.
In these situations we split your order to ensure it is dispatched and delivered promptly. If your order has been split please check your tracking email. You should have either:
- Two separate tracking numbers
- One tracking number with two article/item numbers.
Small items.
If you order small items such as inkjet cartridges, phone cables etc. it is very common for our staff to pack the small item inside a larger item so they don't get damaged during transit.
Please open up the box of the larger item and check down the bottom to see if your small items are inside.
