Why did I only receive part of my order?

We try to dispatch all your items in one parcel. However at times, we are unable to do so due to stock availability in our warehouses or a delivery company's packaging restrictions. In these situations we split your order to ensure everything is dispatched and delivered promptly.

If an order has been split, the parcels can arrive on different days. We would appreciate it if you can allow 48 hours for the following parcel(s) to arrive. 


Missing Inkjet Cartridges

If you order toner cartridges and inkjet cartridges on the same order, it is very common for the inkjets to be packaged inside the toner box so they don't get damaged during transit. This will be marked with a white sticker on the box “inkjet cartridge inside toner box”. Please open up the toner box and check down the bottom to see if your inkjets are inside.

If you're still missing items after 48 hours from receiving your first parcel, please contact us at support@inkstation.com.au with your order number and the missing item(s) so we can assist.
