What is the warranty for genuine items?

Warranty for original, genuine branded products is per the manufacturer's warranty conditions.

All genuine items will need to be returned back to us and go through the manufacturer's claim process for assessment. We will issue a replacement, store credit or refund once result of the assessment is received by our returns team.

Please note the claim process may take up to 6 weeks depending on the manufacturer. To expedite this process, it is recommended you contact the relevant manufacturer directly. If they're unable to solve the issue they may replace the faulty item for you.

If they instruct you to return to Ink Station for the replacement or refund, please get a case / inquiry number and email through any photo or print sample you may have. We will attach this number, the photos or samples with the faulty item when sending it back to the manufacturer.
