What if the carrier lost my parcel?

If you have initiated an investigated with the courier company, please do so. 
Please note an investigation by the delivery company can take up to 48 hours.

Confirm lost by the courier
If the courier has confirmed that the parcel has been lost, a replacement, Ink Station store credit or a refund can be issued.

Please email any and all email communication to support@inkstation.com.au and our customer support team will advise you of the next steps. 

If your lost parcel confirmation was received over the phone, please ask the courier to email the lost parcel confirmation to yourself so you can forward it to us. Or write down the associated case / inquiry  number. Without a case / inquiry number or email confirmation, Ink Station will need to contact the delivery company for confirmation and they can take up to 48 hours to respond back to us. 

Please note if you have given us permission to leave the parcel at the time of check out and the courier company confirms that they have delivered to the correct address, we will not be able to send you a replacement parcel or issue a refund.
