The tracking number provided doesn't give me any information.
When a parcel has no updates then it means it has not been scanned. Since all Ink Station orders are sent out using a bulk mailing system it sometimes take a little bit longer before the first scan. Most parcels will update when it goes through to the first sorting facility.
Please check your tracking again in 24 hours. If there is no scan after 24 hours, please contact us at support@inkstation.com.au or on 1300 655 943.
