My printer is not written on the box or cartridge.
Most compatible (generic) consumables are made to fit into a number of different printers. In some cases, we are not able to print your model number on the box or the cartridge because there isn't enough space or your printer was not released at the time the item box was manufactured.
In some cases, toners are also interchangeable across brands. For example, you've ordered a Fuji Xerox cartridge but have received a Brother toner cartridge. This is because some designs are so similar that our suppliers have made to work for both brands.
To make sure you have received the correct cartridge, please contact our team on 1300 655 943 or email
support@inkstation.com.au. Please have the following pieces of information available and ready:
- Invoice or order number.
- The product number on the item we sent you.
- Your printer model number.
- The product code of the empty cartridge.
