I have a new printer. Can we swap the cartridges for different ones?

We do not swap items at Ink Station because there is usually a price difference between the items you want to send back and the new ones you want to get.

If your items meets our incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods return policy requirements you can send them back to us to get a store credit. Please click on the following link for our returns policy. 

Please email us at support@inkstation.com.au or call us on 1300 655 943 to get a Return Authority (RA) number and to check what item you're allowed to return. We will require the following information:
  • Invoice or order number the consumable came from.
  • Consumable part number.
  • Description on the condition of the item you wish to return. A photo is also preferred. 
All returning items must have an RA number. Any returns without one will be rejected.
