I have a new printer. Can we swap the cartridges for different ones?

At Ink Station, we do not have a traditional exchange process because there is usually a price difference between the items you want to send back and the new ones you require.

However, if your items meets our incorrectly ordered or unwanted goods return policy requirements you can send them back to us to receive a store credit: https://www.inkstation.com.au/return-policy

Please email us at support@inkstation.com.au or call us on 1300 655 943 to get a Return Authority (RA) number and to check what item you're allowed to return. We will require the following information:
  • Invoice or order number the consumable came from.
  • Consumable part number.
  • Description on the condition of the cartridge.
  • Expiry dates (if there are any)
All returning items must have an RA number. Any returns without one will be rejected.
