My parcel was returned back to your warehouse. How do I organise a re-delivery?

Please contact our team on 1300 655 943 to organise re-delivery for any parcel returned back to our warehouse. 

If your parcel was returned because of the following reasons, there will be a re-delivery fee:
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address / information.
  • The parcel was refused at the time of delivery.
  • No response to the calling card left by the driver or communication attempts made by the delivery company.
  • No response to phone calls or emails made by Ink Station.
