My parcel was returned back to your warehouse. How do I organise a re-delivery?
Please contact our team on 1300 655 943 to organise re-delivery for any parcel returned back to our warehouse.
If your parcel was returned because of the following reasons, there will be a re-delivery fee:
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address / information.
The parcel was refused at the time of delivery.
No response to the calling card left by the driver or communication attempts made by the delivery company.
No response to phone calls or emails made by Ink Station.
