When pages are coming out one colour after installing a new toner then it's possible that something is wrong with the chip's connection to the printer.

Please try this simple reset to see if you can get it to work.

1. Remove the toner from the printer.

2. Turn the printer off.

3. Wipe the chip / metal contact points on the cartridge with a lightly damp tissue or cloth.

4. Wipe the corresponding connection points inside the printer. 

5. Install the toner and turn the printer back on.

If this doesn't work and you have a spare cartridge, please try the spare to see if it will fix the problem.
