My new ink jet cartridge is having print quality issues.

My new ink jet cartridge is having print quality issues.

If you're experiencing print quality issues, please try the below steps to see if there are any improvements.
  1. Check for any tabs or stickers that need to be removed. These tabs are usually yellow or red and are marked.
  2. Make sure there is enough ink in the cartridge. Cartridges that are running low on ink will experience print quality issues as the printer will struggle to pull ink from the cartridge to deposit onto the paper. If your cartridge is low, please change the cartridge.
  3. Complete a nozzle check and run a printhead clean / deep clean. By completing these cleans, it will remove any ink residue that have built up over time and ensure that the nozzles are delivering the ink properly. Does cleaning the print head use ink?
  4. Complete any additional maintenance suggestions made by the manufacturer.
If you continue to experience issues, please contact support@inkstation.com.au with a sample page and your order number.
