How do I add delivery instructions?

Please add all delivery instructions and / or information in the delivery note box when you check out. 

All instructions and information will be passed onto the delivery driver. Once the parcel is with the driver, it's at their discretion to read and follow through.

Please keep in mind that the address your have provided may be easy for you to locate due to familiarity; but it may not be for the person completing the delivery. 

For businesses, hard-to-find locations and buildings without their street numbers we strongly recommend adding information such as:

1. Trading name (i.e. signs for the business)
   
2. Recognisable landmarks (e.g. inside Westfied, next to Myer)
   
3. Building name (if any)
4. Opening hours of your business.
   
5. Loading/delivery dock entrances and the open hours (e.g. loading dock via Elizabeth St).
   
6. Description of the gate/doors (useful for rural/country areas and properties with long driveways) 

Please note that once your order has been dispatched we will not be able to add the information to the parcel.
