I received a card from the delivery service. What do I do now?
If you have received a card from the courier company, there should be instructions either to:
- Organise re-delivery online or by phone. Please contact the delivery company ASAP to organise.
- Collect the parcel from a drop off location. Please collect the parcel from the location ASAP.
If you do not respond to the calling card, your parcel may be returned back to our warehouse. Once it has been returned to us we will charge a re-delivery fee to send the item out again.
