I paid by bank transfer / cheque / money order and still have not received a notification of dispatch.
All order need to be paid in full before we dispatch the goods.
Bank Transfers
Bank transfers can take up to 2 business days to clear.
Please ensure you have entered in your order reference number in the description when making the transaction.
If you have not received a dispatch notification after 2 business days:
1. Check with your financial institution to make sure you have put the correct information in.
If you have put our banks details in incorrectly, you will need to speak with your financial institutions to see if you can retrieve your funds.
2. Check your bank statement to see if your order reference number is correct.
If your reference number is incorrect or missing, please email us at sales@inkstation.com.au or call us on 1300 655 943. Please provide your order number, the date of the transfer and the reference you used. Our customer service staff will then check with accounts to see if we have received the funds.
Cheque
Cheques and money order may take up to three business days to clear after they are deposited. However, they may take longer depending on the financial institution. In addition, it can take at least a week for the cheque or money order to reach us. Therefore you may need to wait 2 weeks before we can dispatch the goods. We strongly recommend asking for tracking when sending cheques / money orders to us so you know when it gets delivered.
Please ensure you have provided your order number when sending us the cheque or money order.
If you have not received a dispatch notification after 2 weeks:
1. Check the tracking to see if your cheque / money order has been delivered to us.
If your cheque has been delivered, please contact us on sales@inkstation.com.au or call us on 1300 655 943. Please provide your order number and the tracking number for the delivery.
2. Contact your financial institution to cancel the cheque if it has not arrived.
