I paid by bank transfer and still have not received a notification of dispatch.

Bank transfers can take up to 2 business days to clear depending on your financial institution. 

If you have not received a dispatch notification and it's been three business days we recommend:

1. Checking with your financial institution to make sure you have put the correct information in.
If you have put our details in incorrectly, you will need to speak with your financial institutions to see if you can retrieve your funds.
2. Check to see if the transfer has finalised. Any transfer that is still "pending" means the we have not received the funds.
3. Checking your bank statement to see if your order reference number is correct.
If your reference number is incorrect or missing, please email us at sales@inkstation.com.au or call us on 1300 655 943. Please provide your reference number, the date of the transfer and the amount transferred. A screenshot of the payment from your transactions history will be preferred. Our customer service staff will then check with accounts to see if we have received the funds.
