I'm having issues with my coupon.
We will honor all current coupons promoted in our newsletter. Coupons advertised by third parties may not be up-to-date. If you're having issues with a coupon, please check the following:
1. The expiry date of the coupon.
Most of our coupons come with an expiry date. Please make sure the coupon has not expired.
2. The coupon is suitable for the items you have selected.
Some coupons are only redeemable for compatible items or only for genuine items. Please ensure you have selected items that is valid for the coupon to work.
3. Make sure you have entered the correct coupon number.
Please make sure you have capitalised the correct letters, typed the correct numbers and removed any additional spaces before and after the coupon.
