I have received the wrong item. What do I do?

Do not worry! 

Please contact our support team at support@inkstation.com.au with the following information:
1. Order / Invoice number
2. A photo of the cartridge(s) you received. 
3. Your printer model number.

Our team will check your order with the item(s) you have received. Once confirm, we will ship the correct items out and provide you instructions on how to return those incorrect items back to us.
