There can be a number of reasons why you're unable to find your printer model number on our website.
1. We do not have the printer listed because your model is new.
When manufacturers release a new printer line it takes them a few months to roll out the consumables through their distribution channels. Unfortunately, in these cases there is nothing we can do besides wait.
In some cases you may be able to find the cartridges you need by looking up the printer model number on the manufacturer's website. Once you have worked out what part number you need, you can try searching for that specific number on our website.
2. Your printer model is available but listed differently on our website.
Sometimes we abbreviate the printer model numbers. If you have trouble locating your printer model number using the search bar, please search under the specific manufacturers listed on the left hand side.
For example, Samsung Multifunction Xpress SL-M2070FW is listed as Samsung SLM2070 on our website.
Manufacturers also make different variations of the same printer. The difference between these variations are the functions available. However, they use the same products.
For example, OKI C711 uses the same product as OKI C711WT
3. We do not stock any consumables for your printer.
While we stock a large range of consumables there are some instances where we're unable to source an item from any of our supplier. Unfortunately, in those situations you will need to purchase the part you need from another retailer.
