I put down an incorrect shipping address for my order, how do I change it?
To change your shipping address, please call our customer service team ASAP with your order number.
If it's after hours, please reply back to the confirmation email using the email address placed on the order.
In order for us change the shipping address we need to locate the order or parcel. While we will do our best to locate your parcel this will not always be possible due to the large volume of orders we receive. Our customer service team will advise you if changes to the shipping is possible.
If we were not able to stop the order and change the address and the order has been dispatched to the incorrect address, you will need to contact the couriers to amend the address for you.
In the event that couriers are not able to redirect your parcel, please request return to sender so they can send it back to our warehouse. If the parcel is returned we can then arrange re-delivery, please note a re-delivery fee will apply.
If your parcel is delivered to a valid address, we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be returned. You will be responsible for retrieving the parcel from the incorrect address.
