I put down an incorrect shipping address for my order, how do I change it?

To change your shipping address, please call our customer service team ASAP with your order number.
If it's after our opening hours, please reply back to the order confirmation from the email used to log into your Ink Station account. 

We will need to locate your order in the warehouse to be able to change the address. While we will do our best to update your details before it leaves our warehouse, this is not always possible.

If the order has been dispatched to the incorrect address, you will need to contact the couriers to amend the address. In the event that the courier is not able to redirect your parcel, you can request that they put it on return to sender. The courier will attempt to return the parcel back to Ink Station. 

When the ink Station warehouse receives the returned parcel we can re-ship the package to the correct address, however there will be a re-delivery fee.


If the parcel is delivered to the incorrect address, we cannot guarantee that the parcel will be returned back to the Ink Station.
Once delivered, you will be responsible for retrieving the parcel from the current residents at the incorrect address.
