Does using compatible products void my printer's warranty?

Under Australian Consumer Law, automatically consumer guarantees apply to many products and services regardless of any other warranties supplier sell or give to you. However, a warranty is a voluntary promise offered by the person or business selling the product of service.

Each printer manufacturer have different warranties and Ink Station recommends checking the warranty terms for your printer before using any compatible cartridges.

We provide a 1-year warranty on all our compatible cartridges. This warranty only covers the goods purchased from us. The warranty is limited to the cost of the goods only, as stated on your invoice, and is the amount you actually paid for the goods. There are no implied warranties beyond what is stated here.
