Do you sell re-fill kits? Do you refill cartridges?

We do not offer refilling services and do not sell the refill kits. Our cartridges are pre-filled and are ready for installation once you receive the items.

We do not advise refilling cartridges once they are empty.

Please be advised that once our toners and ink cartridges have been tampered with you will no longer be able to send them back to get a replacement, store credit nor refund.

• Can I mix compatible and genuine cartridges?

  Yes! If you have a combination of compatible and genuine cartridges the printer will still run.

• Do the compatible cartridges come with chips?

  Cartridges or parts that required a chip to operate will all come with the chip installed. The part is ready to be used once received. If there is no chip for the part then we will highlight this with "NO-CHIP" written in the product name.

• Do you recycle / accept return of empty cartridges?
