The "replace drum" message will not go away on my Brother printer after installing a new drum.

For some Brother printers, the error messages such as "Replace Parts Drum" or "Drum End Soon" will continue to appear if the drum count is not reset when you replace the drum unit. 

Each Brother printer have different set of instructions so please contact support@inkstation.com.au with your order number and your printer model number.  Our team will reply back with the appropriate instructions for your machine.
